At Rapid Pro Software LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our products and services.

Consulting Services Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your consulting package, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided no consulting sessions have been delivered. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order confirmation number and the reason for your request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. After the 7-day period or once consulting sessions have been delivered, all fees are non-refundable.

Software Access Refund Policy

Rapid Pro Tax Software access fees are non-refundable once your software license has been activated and login credentials have been issued. If you have not yet activated your license, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Free Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary and require no payment. There is no financial commitment associated with booking a discovery call.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your participation in any program at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund — refund eligibility is determined by the policies outlined above.

If you wish to cancel a scheduled discovery call, you may do so at any time by using the cancellation link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to all Rapid Pro Software services.
