Rapid Pro Software LLC provides tax business consulting services and tax software access for aspiring tax professionals and EROs. Our services include: free discovery calls (consultation only), Tax Business Consulting packages (virtual consulting and guidance), and Rapid Pro Tax Software access (digital software license).

Our services are educational and operational in nature. We do not provide tax advice, legal advice, or accounting services to end consumers. Clients are responsible for their own tax preparation accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase our services. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged in writing.

4. Delivery of Services

Digital products (software access, training materials) are delivered electronically. Login credentials and access instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Discovery calls are scheduled via our online booking system and conducted virtually.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and branding provided by Rapid Pro Software LLC are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to misuse our platform, share your login credentials with others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rapid Pro Software LLC provides consulting services and software tools. We do not guarantee specific income results. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors. We are not liable for any business losses incurred by clients.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
